Renovation Request Form
Any of the items below can be completed without the approval of the board of directors seeing that the work is kept to the scope described below. Any work beyond what is described below requires the approval of the Board of Directors and the Maintenance Team will inspect any work completed.

ACCEPTED ALTERATIONS:
* Painting
* Mouldings
* Replace Kitchen Cabinets, Countertop, Sink (No Plumbing or Electrical Impacts)
* Replace Kitchen Appliances (Originals must be returned to the Co-Op and Co-Op is not responsible going forward)
* Flooring
* Blinds / Curtains / Window Tint
* Replace Light Fixtures / Fans (Existing Electrical)
* Replace Faucets (Existing Plumbing)
* Replace Interior Doors (Proper A/C vent in 1BR)
* Addition or Removal of Closet Shelving
* Exterior mount medicine cabinet (removal of sheetrock requires approval)
* Replace toilet (water efficient)
* Shed (in covered space - must meet criteria in ARC form)

* Please note that any electrical or plumbing work requires a licensed and bonded contractor. The license and insurance information must be on file with the office before any work can commence.
* The rules of work located in the ARC form attached below must be adhered to.
If your requested work is not listed above - please fill out the following form which will be sent to the Board of Directors for approval.
