Snowbirds and Part-Time Residents

Please Note:

1) Being away from your unit for more than two weeks requires you assign someone to check-in on your unit. This can be a neighbor, friend, relative, etc. The Co-Op Maintenance Staff will only check on the unit during the four annual pet control treatments or if they have reason to believe there is an issue. They will not be checking units regularly as they do not have the time to do so.

2) You are required to leave your A/C system on while you are away. Due to Florida’s climate, mold and mildew can grow in a warm and humid environment. Please set your A/C to 78 Degrees ferinheight or below before you leave. The Co-Op will not be responsible for any mildew or mold growth due to the HVAC being shut off or set to a higher temperature than recommended.
